Bagel Sandwiches
Tuesday, March 9th, 2010Trying to switch it up between muffins, bagels & wheat bread for breakfast sandwiches. This week it’s back to bagel sandwiches w/cream cheese, chicken strips, roast beef, tomato, lettuce & Vietnamese beef. So yummy!
Ahi Fish Dinner
Monday, March 8th, 2010When I was @ Costco they had Ahi Tuna Fish & it looked so good so I bought it. Too bad when I got home, I realized that I didn’t know how to cook it B/C you usually eat it raw w/sushi. I just grilled it & this is how it came out.

Sunday, March 7th, 2010All of the neighbors within my Mom’s area are mainly Mexican & Bedea is friends w/all of them. Yay! Hence, we get to eat a lot of yummy Mexican food. Bedea brought this home.. it’s like ceviche? I think. Lemoney & spicy yet cold & yummy in your mouth. I need to learn so make Mexican food…..
Homemade Curry
Sunday, March 7th, 2010BeDea’s Mom made some delicious curry. It’s kinda odd seeing as how I do not like curry BUT anything Bedea’s Mom cooks is delicious. And, after I finished eating they told me I ate goat. WTH? Whatevers, it was good.
