Northgate Market Ceviche

Thursday, March 11th, 2010

Tried the ceviche here & it is definetly worth the blog. The guy there kept telling me it was really HOT but I don’t think he knew that I can handle my spicy. Hence, I only got a small portion for $3.51. Nevertheless, I think it is totally yummy & worth getting dirty looks for Flor’s people for. Yay, shrimp ceviche!!!!! I really am going to try to make this one of these days.

Ahi Fish Dinner

Monday, March 8th, 2010

When I was @ Costco they had Ahi Tuna Fish & it looked so good so I bought it. Too bad when I got home, I realized that I didn’t know how to cook it B/C you usually eat it raw w/sushi. I just grilled it & this is how it came out.
