Shrimp Scampi
Sunday, August 29th, 2010Shrimp Scampi adopted from Bon Apetit magazine with slight variations. Took me 2 hours to prep & make this mean for 3… the total cost $33. Not too bad… next time though I am not going to use polenta (not a big fan of it).
What a BIG hamburger?
Saturday, August 28th, 2010BeDea brought home this HUGE hamburger from Pechanga Casino! Holy, it’s the biggest edible hamburger I’ve ever seen! The pictures don’t do it any justice & it actually measures 8inches.
